Biblioscap以下簡稱BSP，是Biblioscape公司發佈的文獻管理工具，是一款基於Windows平台的
研究信息管理工具（ResearchInformationManager，RIM），可以文件夾的形式組織和管理文
獻，並與常用的文字處理軟件MSWord相集成，簡化在寫作論文時對文獻的引用和處理，同時，該
軟件內建的BiblioWeb（以下簡稱BW）可以在互聯網上發佈文獻資料，方便文獻資料共享，實現了
文獻資料、圖書目錄的輕鬆網絡化管理。通過更改BW的部分原代碼文件後，可使BW能較好地支持中
文輸入和顯示!

BSP由七個模塊組成，分別是：

1.References：以文件夾分類的形式存儲、管理和搜索文獻資料，並可通過選擇不同的過濾器（filter）
將各類在線文獻數據庫的文獻目錄輸入BSP中。

2.BiblioWord：是與模塊組合在一起的以方便用戶使用的字處理軟件。它還可將文件中的臨時索引轉換
為特定格式的索引條目或文獻目錄。如果用戶喜歡用Word或寫字板（），BSP還提供與此兩類軟件的接口
應用模塊。

3.Internet：在線搜索文獻數據庫，並可捕獲網頁。

4.Notes：收集、存儲和整理與參考文獻相關的資料，每一個註釋條目（note）可與其它註釋版條目（notes）、
文獻條目（references）、任務條目（tasks）等建立鏈接。

5.Tasks：整合於References和Notes模塊中，方便各種任務的管理協調。

6.Charts：繪製流程圖和管理圖表等。每個Chart主體均可與References、Notes、Tasks和Library建立鏈接
關係。

7.Library：小型研究類圖書館管理應用模塊。可用於構建研究者的個人圖書館、科室圖書館和小型合作型圖
書館。它包括了圖書館自動化管理的7個亞模塊，分別是目錄（Catalog）、序列號（Serials）、流通情況（
Circulation）、館內借貸（InterlibraryLoan）、借閱者（Borrowers）、借出者（Lenders）、供應商（
Suppliers）

filednotefrominsidethereferenceeditor.

Suchnotescanbeeitherindependentorlinkedtorecordbeing
edited.Biblioscapeinstallationcomeswithawebserverto
postBiblioscapedatabasesontheWeb,andthereisalsoa
meanstoworkinone'sdatabaseremotely,ifitisonaserver.
